MECURE App and its subsidiaries are not responsible for the actions of Independent Security personnel’ aka independent contractors working within a security role. MECURE is not responsible for security plans, security services, security agreements, security apparatus meant to secure the customer’s, person, property, family, etc. The customer and the independent Security Personnel aka independent contractor who provides security for customers enter an agreement unique to the security situation/ problem. MECURE provides the service of allowing customers to contact, contract, and make agreements with independent security personnel.
The Customer and independent security personnel agrees to indemnify and hold harmless MECURE and its representatives, its respective affiliates, officers, agents, employees, and permitted successors and assignees against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, penalties, punitive damages, expenses, reasonable legal fees and costs of any kind or amount whatsoever, which result from activity outside of MECURE’ services and products.
The Customer and independent security personnel agrees to indemnify and hold harmless MECURE and its representative of all claims arising out of the independent security agreement between the Customer and independent security personnel.
MECURE Does not provide arms or any arms training for security personnel; all security services requiring/ including arms are the independent plans, services, and requirements of the Customer and or the independent security personnel.
Customer and independent security personnel agree to indemnify MECURE of all claims.
